why we exist
The transformation of private markets is accelerating.
Consider the scale of change in the economy:
93% of U.S. companies
with over $100 million in revenue are private.
The number of publicly listed U.S. companies
has halved since the 1990s—from 8,000 to under 4,000.
Private credit’s share of
U.S. corporate debt has grown from 1.7% in 2003 to 6% today.
Private equity now accounts
for 10.1% of the U.S. equity market, up from just 3.8% in 2003.
In the last 25 years
alternative assets AUM has boomed: from $1 trillion to $22 trillion.
The race is on
to modernize the infrastructure that powers the next $50 trillion.
